Cancellation & Refund Policy

Return or Replacement Policy

  1. Return or Replacement policy depends on the product category and the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER. If at the time of delivery and/or within specified days from the date of delivery of the product/s, if any defect is found, then the End User (Registered User) can ask for return/replacement the same to PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER within the specified days.
  2. We at CLICK PANDIT JI are not directly or indirectly responsible for any defects in goods or services or products.
  3. If CLICK PANDIT JI has suspicion or knowledge, that any of its End User (Registered User) and PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDERs are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then we may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against Them. We may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display and /or disqualify that User and any related Users from availing protection through this program.
  4. Return or Replacement is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer or process of replacing something in place of another. But only If the Following situations may arise:
    1. Item was defective
    2. Item was damaged during the Shipping
    3. Products was / were missing
    4. Wrong item was sent by the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER.
    5. Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases.

Points to be noted:

 

  1. PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER can always accept the return irrespective of the policy.
    1. If PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER disagrees a return request, Buyer can file a dispute under the End User (Registered User) Protection Program. For this Hershel needs to raise the return request within the return period applicable to the respective product. Once End User (Registered User) has raised a return request PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER while closing the return ticket can select one of the following:
    2. Replace after shipment collection - PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER has agreed to wait for the logistics team to collect the shipment from the End User (Registered User) before replacing it.
    3. Refund after shipment collection - PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER has agreed to wait for the logistics team to collect the shipment from the End User (Registered User) before refunding)
    4. Refund without shipment collection - PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER has agreed to refund the End User (Registered User) without expecting the original shipment back)
    5. Replace without shipment collection - PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER has agreed to replace the order without expecting the original shipment back)
    6. In the event the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER accepts the return request raised by the End User (Registered User). End User (Registered User) will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the End User (Registered User) account.

 

  1. In case the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER doesn't close the ticket in 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of intimation to the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER about the refund request, the refund request shall be settled in favor of the End User (Registered User).

 

  1. We encourage the End User (Registered User) to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund/replacement.

End User (Registered User) Protection Program

  1. In case of a dispute where the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER is unable to provide a refund or a replacement, CLICK PANDIT JI will actively work towards reaching a resolution.
  2. The End User (Registered User) Protection Program covers End User (Registered User) who are unable to successfully resolve their dispute with the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER or are not satisfied the resolution provided by the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER.
  3. The End User (Registered User) can write to care@clickpanditji.com. If the issue with the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER is not resolved. Our Customer Support team will look into the case. But only after verifying the facts, a dispute can be registered.
  4. In due course of resolution, CLICK PANDIT JI's Customer Support Team will facilitate a conference call including the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER and the End User (Registered User).

End User (Registered User) Eligibility and Restrictions

Only the End User (Registered User) who has purchased the product on CLICK PANDIT JI are eligible for the Buyer Protection Program.

Buyers can file a dispute within 21 days from the date of delivery of the product

Any damage or loss to the product after delivery will not be covered under this program and will completely be the Buyer's responsibility. End User (Registered User) should refuse to accept delivery if the item is damaged.

To be able to take advantage of the End User (Registered User)r Protection Program, Buyers should first contact the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER and attempt to resolve the issue. If the End User (Registered User) doesn't hear from the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER or is unable to resolve the issue a dispute can be raised before CLICK PANDIT JI by writing an email to care@clickpanditji.com.

Fraudulent charges and claims are not covered under End User (Registered User) Protection Program

If the Buyer has already initiated chargeback through the credit card issuing bank, it will not be covered under End User (Registered User) Protection Program.

Blacklisted and Blocked End User (Registered User) are not covered under this Protection Program.

Through the End User (Registered User) Protection program, CLICK PANDIT JI does not provide any guarantee/warranty to End User (Registered User) for products sold on CLICK PANDIT JI against technical/manufacturing defects.

Raising disputes against PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDERs does not automatically entitle the End User (Registered User) to a refund or replacement for the product purchased. CLICK PANDIT JI shall verify the disputes so raised and may process only such claims that are valid and genuine.

CLICK PANDIT JI shall at no point be responsible for any direct or indirect losses, expenses, costs of any nature whatsoever that may be incurred by any End User (Registered User)/PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER.

Decisions made by CLICK PANDIT JI under the End User (Registered User) Protection Program shall be final and binding on its Users.

CLICK PANDIT JI reserves the right to modify / discontinue End User (Registered User) Protection Program without any prior notice period to its Users.

Through this program, CLICK PANDIT JI shall not entertain claims of End User (Registered User) who have incurred loss due to delayed shipment or delivery of the item by the PANDIT JI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER.

CLICK PANDIT JI Customer Support Team may seek additional information / clarification from End User (Registered User) to facilitate resolution of the dispute. In the event End User (Registered User) does not respond with information / clarification sought within 5 days of such request, the dispute shall be auto-closed in favors of the PANDITJI/ VENDOR/ SERVICE PROVIDER.
